GASTRONOMIX // Camon em pleno vapor

O Gastronomix adiantou, em fevereiro, que a creperia Camon chegaria ao Sudoeste. Depois de um mês de funcionamento,  fomos conferir o que Marcos Birbeire e sua esposa (e chef) Ana Beatriz prepararam para os clientes. Além dos sabores tradicionais, a chef elaborou seis receitas próprias, cujos preços variam de R$ 19,90 a R$ 29,40. Confira:

- Byliny: filé de vitelo, manteiga de ervas de Provence e crispy de alho-porró
- Camarão thai: crustáceos flambados no Jack Daniel’s, molho curry, coco queimado, muçarela e alho-porró
- Vanoli: funghi secci, shiitake e muçarela com redução de Cabernet Sauvignon
- Maple leaf : camembert, muçarela, maple syrup e amêndoas laminadas
- Spenát : creme de espinafre ao vinho branco, gorgonzola e muçarela
