De 10 a 31 de outubro, acontece em Brasília mais uma edição do Festival Sabor Suíno. Bares e restaurantes da cidade criam pratos
especiais à base de porco com preços convidativos (R$ 24,90 ou R$ 34,90, no
almoço, no jantar ou nos dois períodos ) para que os consumidores possam
saborear e/ou conhecer melhor a textura e o gosto da carne de porco e suas
combinações.
A iniciativa é da Associação dos Criadores de Suínos do Distrito Federal (DFSUIN) e do Sindicato dos Suinocultores do Distrito Federal (SINDISUÍNOS), em parceria com o Sebrae DF, Abrasel DF e Sindhobar.
